Lives of Doctors’ Wives (LDW) Facebook Group
began in 2009 with Melisa Mons, a wife who knew she could not be the only one on this medical journey. Soon, the group began to grow by 10, 20, 500, 1000, and now over 10,000 members worldwide.
Throughout its growth needs were identified and that gave birth to our many programs. Our programs are aimed at improving the lives of our members while providing an opportunity for others to give service. Over the years our programs have impacted several of our member’s lives. Visit our testimonials page to read some of their stories.
Later, the idea was raised of becoming a non-profit organization. Finally, after much consideration and research Lives of Doctors’ Wives Foundation (LDWF) was established on July 27, 2015.
